- The same conclusion we reached above holds true when looking at all 31 cultivation and retail companies with sell-side analyst coverage. Our new metric: Adj. EV / 2025 EBITDAR has a median of 6.69x compared to the standard EV / 2025 EBITDA median of 5.11x. Weed companies aren’t quite as cheap as they appear when you factor in the hidden debt that regular metrics miss. Still, a 6.69x year ahead multiple is pretty compelling, especially given the number of positive potential legislative and regulatory catalysts at play.
