- The cultivation and retail sector median valuation metrics ticked upwards very slightly this week despite a volatile market with no follow through from the beginning of the 60 day public comment period for S3.
- Median EV/ 2024 EBITDA is now 7.06x for the 34 analyst rated companies, up from 6.82x at the end of last week. Interestingly, median EV/ 2025 EBITDA declined slightly to 4.98x from 5.12x last week, which we attribute to increases in EBITDA estimates for 2025.
