- The November 1 valuations weren’t exactly bullish, as multiples were well below their 52-week highs. Still, it may take a meaningful upside catalyst to recover to these levels in the near future. S3?, Safer?, a new “Garland Memo,”? More likely, it will be something unexpected.
- The sector’s 29 analyst-ranked companies traded at approximately 1x 2025 revenue and 6.2x 2025 adjusted EBITDA, which are not great numbers, but we suspect that they will look that way against next week’s.
