- On June 18, 2024, Healing Realty Trust, a psychedelic-focused REIT, closed the first tranche of a $25M Series A Funding Round for gross proceeds of $4.24M.
- The funding will facilitate the acquisition of three healthcare facilities in Texas, Ohio, and Connecticut. The facilities will add approximately 88,000 square feet of clinic space to HRT’s expanding real estate portfolio.
- Joe Caltabiano, co-founder of Tier One MSO Cresco Labs, is the CEO of HRT.
