Viridian Capital Advisors, in conjunction with the rollout of our new freemium subscription model, is introducing a groundbreaking service. This service will provide users with unparalleled access to data from the Viridian Deal Tracker Data Base, the most comprehensive database of cannabis capital market transaction data in existence.
Depending on the subscription level, Deal Tracker users will now gain access to three or six months of historical transaction data covering closed Debt raises, Equity Issuances, and M&A Transactions.
· Debt transaction data will allow users to track trends in debt issuance. The data can be sorted or filtered by date, company name, industry sector, company location, deal type, raise amount, coupon, maturity, warrant valuation, effective cost and more. This data will allow companies to see the terms and costs at which debt is being raised and gauge the flow of funds into particular sectors or geographical locations. Investors can gauge the trends in debt costs and market terms. Lenders in the transactions are identified where available.
· Equity transaction data will allow users to track trends in equity issuance. Deals can be sorted or filtered by company name, industry sector, company location, deal type, raise amount, warrant valuation, and more. This data will allow companies to see the types of companies currently accessing the cannabis equity market and the terms of the transactions. Investors can gauge the trends in equity market transaction terms. Equity investors are identified wherever available.
· M&A data contains the names, sectors, and locations of both buyers and sellers of cannabis-related companies. Transaction amounts are broken into stock, cash, seller notes, and earnouts.
