- The Week’s Closed M&A Transactions:
- On March 1, 2025, UC Asset LP (UCASU: OTCQB), a limited partnership that invests in cannabis real estate, completed the acquisition of 16,500 square feet of cannabis cultivation space. UCASU had already acquired 50% of the property, and this transaction represents the other 50% at $1.50M.
- The consideration was via $1.25M of preferred stock and $.25M of seller financing.
